Dear Lochaven Homeowners,

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that we have selected a new community management company.

After a thorough review, we have selected Kirkpatrick Management Company (KMC) to serve as our new community management partner, effective March 1, 2026.

This decision follows the Board's commitment to enhancing the services and support available to all residents. We evaluated several firms based on service responsiveness, financial reporting, and overall fit for Lochaven’s needs, and we believe KMC is well positioned to support our community.

What This Means for You:

Kirkpatrick Management Company will officially begin work on March 1, 2026 and will be available at our next HOA meeting (Feb 4th 2026 @ 6pm) to answer general questions from the community.

HOA Dues Payments: Please continue to make your quarterly dues payments ($320.00) to Ardsley Management Company during our transition period. Future dues payment methods will be communicated after the transition on March 1, 2026.

What's Next: KMC will provide more information about how to contact our new community manager, maintenance requests, how to access the neighborhood management portal and much more in their welcome letter/email that you should receive in mid to late February.

Lochaven is a vibrant community of 558 homes, known for its scenic beauty and inviting atmosphere. Residents enjoy well-maintained common areas, a large central lake, and several peaceful retention ponds. Amenities include two swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, and two clubhouses. The neighborhood also features multiple walking trails, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Lochaven is conveniently located next to Dr. James A. Dillon Park, offering even more opportunities for recreation and relaxation.

Front Steps is a new communication tool for Ardsley Management. This APP will direct you to your account with Lochaven and Ardsley Management. You can find up to date information regarding your HOA documents, minutes, financial information, dues, violations and Architectural Control information. You can submit requests, send over work orders for common area and direct message us through the app. We can also send out alerts from the app to go directly to your app as well as email and text. So when a pool is closed or a meeting is changed you can be updated right away.

To sign up for Front Steps please send your email and cell number to tamara@ardsleymgmt.com. We will get you registered and an email link sent out to you. Once you receive complete the registration process. You can download the Ardsley Mgmt. APP from cell phone store as well as log in from any desktop. If you are two member household make sure and send us emails for both owners and we can get an email to both of you to register.
